Data Engineer/Scientist

Qualifications:

  • Bechelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or closely related data-centric roles; or 3–4 years with a strong portfolio of data projects and internships/co-ops showing progressive responsibilities.
  • Strong proficiency in data processing and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL; familiarity with Spark/Scala is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and data architectures (databases, data warehouses, data lakes).
